    Drinks are half-assed compared to other Costa sites I've visited. Also on my many visits the staff rarely smile or greet their customers properly and never show gratitude for moving out the way for them.

    Staff had an untidy appearance, product wasn't like it usually is and had to wait 5 mins for a grilled sandwich. Not happy at all considering it's not really a cheap place to go. £12.45 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches seems hardly worth it considering the appearance of the staff and quality of the food and drink. I wouldn't mind so much but when you receive a cup that's only 3/4 full hardly value for money. Needless to say doubt I will be returning
